Walt: Making different foods around the world.
At food tech, I enjoyed making different kinds of food from different countries like Chili Con Carne. The thing I really disliked was making chinese stir fry which was too oily and greasy. After cooking the food for the week our cooking teacher would ask us to make this food at home and I do and my family enjoys it. The next dish I want to learn and make is something from Greece.
